In 2013, Tori Kelly signed a recording contract with Capitol Records and by the Fall of 2013, she released her debut EP called Foreword. To July 2016, her Spotify account has over two million monthly listeners and some of her most popular songs are featured singles such as “Nobody Love” and “Should’ve Been Us”.
In 2015, Kelly released her latest EP called Unbreakable Smile, which lead her to deliver knockout performances at this year’s MTV EMA’s, VMA’s, Billboard Music Awards, and the BET Awards. Kelly was a first time Grammy nominee this year running for Best New Artist with her album Unbreakable Smile, which features the brand new single “Hollow.”
Victoria Loren Kelly; better known as Tori Kelly is a 23 years old American singer, songwriter and record producer. Just as some other young artist, Kelly gained recognition after posting a cover of Frank Ocean’s “Thinking Bout You” on YouTube. Since she was a kid, she had the opportunity to appreciate and create music with her parents, because her dad was a singer and bassist and her mom played piano and saxophone. At the age of 16, Kelly started working on her own music which lead her to produce, write, and mix her first EP as an independent artist called Handmade Songs by Tori Kelly.
